This pro forma invoice can be FOB Quito or C&F airport of your preference. We kindly ask to wire the prepaid amount to our US bank account and send us a copy of the wire transfer, deposit or any other transaction.

Once we receive your confirmation, we proceed with an airline reservation and we start preparing your order as requested. Usually flowers are shipped to destination one day before flight departure in order to guarantee our customer a fresh quality product. Our staff makes a quality control, both, at the farm as in the cargo agent cold rooms nearby the international airport.

Last stage involves taking care of your shipment and tracking. We will send all the documents you require such as Invoice, Form A, Phytosanitary Inspections, MAWB (Master Airway Bill), etc., to clear the flowers from customs. In case you need any special documents or additional paper work we will arrange these and advice you as well. All the above mention will be sent together with the flowers inside the boxes and a full copy via email. Once the flowers arrive to you, we are confident on having delivered an excellent quality product, gaining your satisfaction and long term trust.
